I’m gonna be sappy for a second, okay? Last time for awhile. Promise.

I have tattooed 100 people in the new studio. Isn’t that insane?! 100+ people and counting have sat in my chair, said their stories, spent time with me listening to music or a podcast (or a book!) and were able to just *relax* and get stabbed for a bit.

It’s been a weird time in my tattoo career, for sure, but I have the coolest people sitting in this chair from day to day— imposter syndrome is so freaking real, you’ve got no idea. But THANK YOU for coming, thank you for being HERE, and most of all— thank you for the trust.

You’re all the most precious of people to me, I hope I can convey that.

I’ve got some savvy goals to reach, but the biggest goal I have is to harbor an environment where you feel safe and loved each and every time you’re here.

I don’t usually post my gifts I receive, but I feel like these two ladies deserve a proper post somewhere on this feed of mine.

Brittany and Maria have been coming to me for a few years, since the beginning really. They’ve given me gifts before, I just usually posted on a story—

I am a bad gift receiver. I love giving gifts, but I have to say I’m always struck dumb when I receive one. It’s always a shock someone went out of their way to curate something—for me, of all people.

Maria and Brittany are always in my corner, they make me laugh harder than anyone—I love when they’re on my calendar, half the time I just want to block off more time to just catch up with them and live in the laughter they bring. I hope you all find your Brittany and Maria in your lives, they’re amazing for the soul. They’re both one of a kind and genuine.

I am so blessed to have the clientele and friends I do, but moments like this—after it’s all said and done in the session, I get to reflect on how amazing the people are in my life and what an amazing career I have—tattooing is hard, but you all make it so worthwhile. Forever thankful for all of you.

Lots of fun to be had this week.

Lights and AC are installed! Talk about a glow up to the room, couldn’t be happier about the way the studio has come along in such a short time period.

Only a few weeks into the studio and it’s been an adventure to say the least. April has been filled with highs and super lows, but looking forward to the future.

Thankful for the homies who still stab me, get dinner, and hangout. You should book with them, they’re all good people and amazing artists. Some aren’t pictured, they couldn’t make it—but they also rock.

Thankful for my time there, overall, but the friendships made have made this transitional period of my life 10x easier to deal with.

Thankful for the husband and brother in law for lugging all my stuff up 3 flights, adding some fun touches, and dealing with my emotions. I haven’t truly felt like myself, but the peoples in my life have made it a lot better. My parents, siblings, and in laws have all been super awesome in this transition, I’m so thankful for all of them.

I’ve tattooed 50+ people in this new space and I’m thankful for everyone who has followed me down to Franklin and booked appointments—yall are the best.

Alright! We received the all clear from the board of health to be operational!

Here’s a quick and sweet video on how to get to me. There’s stairs involved, so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible at this moment.

I am appointment only, because I cannot take walk ins—I have a google form that will be launched a few days in advance for “walk ins” on some Tuesday’s and saturdays— it’ll be 1 hour appointment slots, so half hour of tattooing.

Up bright and early to get all my stuff in the corner for sinks to go in today. Calling board of health for an inspection tomorrow or Thursday, hopefully operational by Friday ish. Not bad for a week’s worth of work, I don’t think!

I now fully have a business phone that I am working off of, all the important details will be posted soon including the cellphone number to call when you’re at the studio and need let in the side door (after 5pm).

Hopefully a final update or two and I can be back to tattooing. Yesterday was a hard day mentally, so I appreciate the patience on all the emails and messages. Cheers to less tears from here on out 🤣

I have this thing where I feel indescribably thankful all at one moment—so this is a weekish early.

2024, you were the hardest year yet. There was a couple huge lows, was looking at quitting the shop I am at, and super fearful it would all come to an end at one point, and that I am a perpetual screwup. I’d love to say I’m just being dramatic, but I truly felt that way.

Somewhere along the way, it all changed and got a lot brighter and things got better. The new shop was gonna be finished, new artists were joining. I was able to go on not one but two trips to really interesting—ish—places with new tattooer friends.

I don’t post a ton of personal stuff on here, but if 19 year old me could see the line for my walk in days, the gifts you all bring, and the excitement on your faces you show with your new permanent sticker, and the new coworkers I get to work with DAILY—I’d pinch myself. Its literally mind blowing

You guys made the last bit of 2024 the most amazing time. I will never feel like I deserve you guys, but thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being with me, recommending me, and trusting me with your skin. I’m still human, I get a tad stressed, but dang I feel cool sometimes.

TLDR: 2024 sucked but you guys, the new homies, and family made it 1000000% better.

Tattooing is so fun and cool. Thank you guys for everything!

Custom flowers can be made for these cans, most likely, but these are the most common floral elements I tattoo and people seek to love!

These are $125-$200 depending on how many flowers you’re wanting and if you have a desire for color!

This is just a post on my booking policy and stuff like that!

-Deposits are always required for an appointment, they are nonrefundable but come off the price of the tattoo itself! I just ask for 72 hours notice of cancellation unless it’s super emergent!
- I can’t do the DM thing anymore unless it’s the cancellation broadcast channel. It’s too hard to keep track of, i personally need more time away from my phone and this is the best way I can go about it.

Life, lately.

Had a lot of fun this last weekend working at a lavender farm tattooing. Super blessed by everyone and everything lately.

Hey yall! I took a poll and yall did the thing and here we are!

SO. Every month, you get a chance to win a $100 tattoo. Only from me, no artist or piercer is participating in this but me. So. You’re stuck with me. Cannot be gifted unless you chat with me ahead of time!

So, really you just get tattooed, and I write down your name and toss it into a bucket I’ve got at the shop. This will happen every time you get tattooed, walk in day or regular appointment.

to recap: get tattooed in June and we draw a winner on July 1st, bucket gets dumped, new names get entered for July, and so on!

Valentine’s Day Flash!

I am going to be taking walk ins from 12-7 for this flash sheet on Wednesday, February 14th!

All designs are $100 for line work only, $125* for shading, and $150* with color!

*cherry stamp, dice, and floral bandage will be $100, regardless of shading or color

Vegas, you were a treat. An expensive one, but a treat nonetheless.

I’m thankful I was able to take a trip with the twin, husband, and brother in law this past week to ring in year 25. Great things are underway and I am so excited for the future.

The duck will remain a staple in my booth. I may not have amazing luck at the slots (that $160 went quickly…) but I couldn’t be luckier with the people I’ve got in my family.

I wanna try something

It’s not a ton, but I’ve wanted to try the “build your own” tattoo design stuff on a smaller scale first.

These would be $100-$150 depending on how many flowers you want in there! These can all be shaded, no extra charge :)

All about 4 inches tall, the more flowers added the larger it would have to be—keep that in mind.

All in all, I’d say we accomplished a lot. With the help of coworkers, we did a fundraiser for a little girl, battled birds in the shop, took a trip to Ohio to see how lackluster my hotel picking can be (pictures were better on Booking.com) not in any specific order…

It is also the year I made some new friends, @inkedbydelaney and @stungbystaxx, learned to paint with india inks, and was able to hire my niece as front counter person (ish) —there was a lot of messing around, so there’s that.

I think I grew a bit as a person, I’m still navigating how to be a better version of myself every single day and although I’m not nailing it—I have gotten better at the patience and understanding thing.

I tattooed ~ 500 times this year, which is an absurd amount. I keep telling you all I don’t know why anyone lets me do this, but you guys keep booking and recommending me—so I am forever thankful.

Anywho, onwards and upwards to 2024. Thankful for all of you, and I am looking forward to seeing you all in the new year.

walk ins will be done through a Google Forms sheet that is posted a few days ahead of time. Responses will be limited to 10 people and a phone call will be done to verify info and timing ahead of time to ensure a seamless transition from my usual style of sign ups!

Right now I am operating out of a private studio until further notice, so this is unfortunately the only way possible for me to do more sporadic appointments versus months out.

Restrictions will apply for the slots, as I need these to still be around palm sized or so!
